North Shore Flats will bring 75 market-rate apartment units to
Two Harbors, MN. The $17.5 million Class A facility has secured funding from the Lake County Housing Trust Fund, the Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation Board, and the
Lake County HRA. In addition, the developer, Vision, Inc., has committed $4.5 million in equity and a $11 million construction loan.
